Provided by YP.comI'm not the most graceful person but with Rachele's teaching style I learned very quick. She really takes her time to explain things. I was on the pole right after stretching in my first class- I hear some studios make you wait and that they don't spin!? All the poles spin from day one which is so much fun. On my sixth class I was upside down already! My under arms look better then they did in high school and my stomach is flatter and tighter since I started.
