Wonderful Experience from beginning to end. I called Taxi Steve in a pinch at 4:15am because uber didn't show. The friendly voice on the phone eased my stress and assured me a cab would be right over. Sure enough, Much to my delight, a smiling driver arrived within 5 minutes... He then took me to the Hanford train depot in plenty of time Without scaring me at all :) lol
I absolutely will be calling Taxi Steve for all my needs.

Just a few words from TAXI STEVE about 2 reviews posted on this site: 1) DILLON was told very politely that we did not have a cab in his area. He called at an EXTREMELY busy time and I had to end the conversation to handle an influx of calls. A minute later, he called DISPATCH again and explained that our advertising said we were in the area. He also felt that I should have spent more time with him on his first call. I apologized and shared with Dillon that we were SWAMPED. I thanked him for his feedback and bid him a polite goodbye. I was surprised to read his NEGATIVE Review and that he failed to mention our followup contact. 2) The second review in question involved a young woman who called from CrawDaddys in dowtown Visalia. It seems that she saw one of our taxis pass her by within 5 minutes of her intitial call. She was upset and I tried to explain to her that the cab in question was assigned to another call and was not her ride. I did advise her that her taxi was just 2 minutes away. She replied that this WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH and that she GOT A RIDE FROM A FRIEND ANYWAY. Folks, what can I say??? When alcohol is involved...even two minutes can seem like an eternity for someone who is negatively predisposed toward whatever.....����

Extremely rude, I asked for a ride and was asked where I was, I replied I was in Hanford Ca and the gentleman on the phone said we serve the Visalia area and promptly hung up on me before I could state that YP says that his company serves the Hanford area. Obviously wanting to be helpful and avoid further confusion I wanted to let him know, but when I called back to let him know, since I was cut short before, the dispatcher was extremely apprehensive and downright rude.

Absolutely prompt, friendly, and comfortable service! Love your anti-terror Yorkies!! :-) Will definitely use your services again and recommend you to everyone!
