I have lived in a couple apartments through Hollywood and have just kind of gotten used to substandard property management. Carlton Way was such a breath of fresh air. Most importantly, it was secure. Gated entries, that actually worked… security cameras… a vigilant onsite property manager. They also worked hard to keep the place nice with routine gardening, cleaning, trash collection etc. It sounds basic, but I’ve come to appreciate the simple stuff. I intend to call this home for years to come.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience really. They did what a property management company is supposed to do. The unit was in good condition when I moved in, when it needed repairs, they addressed them quickly. Upon move out, I received a full refund of my deposit. Very happy.

Staff very professional, love working with the Taylor Equities team! Great properties, amazing management and super friendly team. I would truly recommend their business to anyone.
