Ted is one of the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, reliable and skilled computer experts I have worked with throughout my career. Ted is accommodating to your schedule and responsive in times of crisis. Ted also keeps up with emerging trends and standard issues effecting PC users across the country. I recommend him highly.

Ted has been our go-to-guy for a number of years. He addresses our issues/concerns in a way that we can understand. He advised us when it was time to purchase new computers. And he has made helpful recommendations that we would not have known to consider. Ted is professional and thorough in his work and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

If you value honesty, professionalism, and affordability, then look no further than Ted! He was able to explain tech related issues in a way that I could actually understand. He takes time to do the leg work on the phone. I can't begin to explain how nice it is to have a "rep" do the talking for you so the sales reps don't up sell you crap you don't need, or leave out valuable information. I didn't think customer appreciate existed in IT until we hired Ted. The guy truly cares about what he does.

As an older, not very savvy computer owner, I used Ted on multiple occasions, whether it was to keep the computer running effortlessly, or just to download and explain programs. For me, it is also very important that he comes to my home, so I DO NOT have to disconnect wires. I can highly recommend him as he really knows his business and is also very reliable.

I have used Ted E's computer service at least 3 times, twice with a new desktop computer, a new printer and had a virus taken out. He deserved 5 stars in each category and I would not use any other computer service. His charges we very reasonable and I like the idea of his news letter as it keeps me up to date on everything.

I have worked with Ted for several years, he is always courteous and prompt, and is especially helpful and patient in teaching us older people about using computers. He is very good at getting me out of the jams I run into from time to time. I highly recommend Ted's services. Harold Englund

Our family has used the computer services of Ted Eiler for the past six years or so. Ted is highly professional on the phone, and in person. Ted is on time to his appointments, pleasant, and very helpful. Over these past years we have had the need to call on Ted for his expertise. Ted always promptly addressed any issues or concerns.
