Provided by YP.comI saw they got an awful review so had to leave a good one. I've been here a few times since moving to VT and they're super helpful and professional. The girl at the desk, I assume the owner's daughter, is really knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are fair. I drive a half hour just to go there vs closer shops because I trust them.

Provided by YPmobileI do NOT recommend this shop to anyone. I took my car there to get a wheel bearing replaced and they did not put the axel back in all of the way causing I lot of damage that I found out about when I took it to another shop. The owner of Ted's Kar Kare was completely rude to me when I tried to discuss the matter with him, saying it was not his 'problem.' please don't make the same mistake I did by trusting them with your car!
This customer didn't want to work through the issue. She only wanted us to write her a check with the assumption that she is giving us the right information or that the other car repair place was even being honest. The issue she claims, that was the problem occurred over a month after the repair and the issue she claims her vehicle was having would cause her car to not be mobile and she informed us that she drove her vehicle to this other car repair place. If there was an issue with our repair for one, she should have come back here. We don't just hand out money to people who come in claiming their is an issue with their vehicle after our repair. We have NO problem fixing something that should be under warranty but this customer for one was asking for something that NO car repair place would do and for two just started throwing out threats instead of trying to solve the problem. We have been in business for over 25 years and have a great list of cliental. This is not a normal review for us.
