This guy came to fix my flat tyre and broke the tyre bolt. Now when I drive just over 50mph my steering wheel vibrates and I cant drive on freeway.

The guy was not even concerned to help me.

I was locked out of my car at the mall which closed shortly after I went to my car. The auto club called Tel-Twelve to my rescue. The driver arrived promptly (within 5 minutes) however, he was very incompetent and could NOT unlock my car. He attempted to unlock the doors for over 40 minutes. Then he told me to call the auto club back and have someone else come out. I asked him why and he said he was fresh out of ideas and couldn't get in. He even implied that it was the type of vehicle that I was driving (A 2006 Grand Prix). The last job before mine was a lockout and he was able to get that one open. I asked him if he could call his manager or have someone else come out to assist him he said NO he had to leave. The next company to come out and assist me (Pop-A-Lock) had me out of the cold and into my car within 2 minutes of his arrival.
