went with this company because the testimonials on their website were all so very positive. The company says 7 to 10 days and you will have cash in hand for your home. Unfortunately that is not the experience my husband and I have had with them. Its going on 3 weeks and we still have yet to receive the money for our home. We should have turned them down when they offered to buy our home for less than half the homes value but it was just what we needed to gt out of debt and start over with a clean slate. I give them 3 stars because even though we have not received the full amount we have received a very small portion of it. With the amount of time Tennessee home buyers is taking too close everything I'll be surprised if we're not homeless by the time they actually close everything out. Also everytime we call to speak to someone everyone acts like they dont know whats going on and the guy actually buyig them home can NEVER be reached. If you're looking to sell your home please and I can not exaggerate please enough go to another company or find a realtor. Hope this review helps you and I hope if you do decide to go with this company your experience is better than mine is.
