Do not hire Ray Terrell of Terrell Construction, you will be sorry. He installed a sliding glass door and a deck on the back of the house 8 years ago. Either he is ignorant to the fact that vinyl siding is not weather proof or he just doesn't care. The door and deck installation looked good, however he did not even attempt to weather proof the existing wall under the siding around the door and deck, no flashing around the opening at all. He just hacked a hole in the siding and installed the J channel around the door. Has been leaking every time it rains for the last 8 years, rotted the floor, some sill plate, the rim joist and a couple of floor joists.
