The lady was very rude on the phone & even hung up on me. Poor poor service & after hurricane michael too.

Based on my phone experience speaking to a RUDE female staff member I would not recommend this service. After a lengthy hold the woman was rude and before I hung up on her she actually YELLED at me for commenting that not taking reservations for drop offs to a specific event was a little ridiculous. As I hung up she was screaming at me, "FINE GO BE A DRUNK THEN!"

I understand that there are busy times but it is not an excuse to take your stress out on potential customers.

Based on this I will never use this service and will absolutely share my experience to anyone in my area that needs a cab - regardless of where they are going.

I waited 1hr 35minutes for a car to arrive and the car was falling apart. Transmission Gears or whining, car thumping in gear. Car not clean. Ride not smooth. Happy to get out and get to bank in Lecanto. loose junk on car seats. Not professional. at least they took credit cards but they weren't cheap. I do not recommend.

the two times I called to use them to go to work were the first two times in my life I have had to call in late to my job. never again will I use them, I have used them for other things many times and honestly it is quite nasty to ride with obese drivers that gasp for air and wheeze when they breath and sweat bullets. it is grose and their driving is horrible. not a pleasant expierience at all

Rude and obnoxious drivers and dispatchers. Just witnessed a driver slam his door into an elderly woman's car door and tell her to "chill old lady, you can't even see it!" When she tried to get his info, he put it into reverse and sped off. Disgusting.

I had the same experience with a rude female staff member on the phone. She quickly became rude when asking my location, like she was annoyed I had not automatically told her. Then when my phone reception broke up for a second she got even more agitated. There was no effort at all to be polite or professional.

My family and I have been customers of TaxiTerri for quite a few years. In fact, we first met Terri when he was still working for “that other place”. Even then my parents knew that there was something different about him; his level of service was more than just a cut above the ordinary. Once, on a return trip from Las Vegas years ago, the driver set up by the travel agent failed to show up at 11pm. We called Terri and he was there in 20 minutes, starched shirt and all! Ever since, TaxiTerri is the only one trusted to transport cherished friends and family members. The drivers are friendly, reliable and service is their top priority. Just last week my girlfriend’s plane was over an hour late arriving into Jacksonville and I never worried for an instant. I knew her ride would be there for her. Thanks Terri.
