Texas valley residents we be afforded a sober living environment that will foster self sustaining skills, encourage health, sobriety and good citizenship.

Mission statement

The Texas Valley Sober Living Homes (TVSLH) mission is to provide men in recovery a structured and supportive environment. TVSLH believes that abstinence is only the beginning of a recovered lifestyle and we strive to enhance physical, social, spiritual and emotional growth to reduce the likelihood of relapse. By promoting health and happiness we increase probabilities of success in recovery and build a foundation for healthy living. TVSLH supportive structure translates to a positive reintegration into the community.

Customer Service

The Texas Valley Sober Living Home provides a safe and sober living community to support each individuals potential while offering a peaceful, welcoming environment to support independent living. Homes will be selected in a residential neighborhood and central location, comfortable, clean, modern accommodations provided, and recreational avenues such as a TV, Wi-Fi, and outdoor activities will be available. Resident Manager will ensure guidelines are met for safety of other residents.

Independence

Residents will maintain facility and personal furnishings. Successful abstinence policy for admission, ability/capacity to maintain cost of living, ability to be self ambulatory, and actively reengage in the community as indicated by program policies and guidelines will be required. Resident manager will supervise facility and ensure residents adhere to home policy and guidelines.

Standards

The Texas Valley Sober Living Home will maintain standards in accordance with best evidenced based practices supporting sober living committees. We will work to continually develop improvement goals and plans for our program and its residents.
