I had a great experience today. Danny was the driver that came out. Not only was he quick but very polite and professional. Shortly after he left I realized we had left a brand new electronic device in our car. I called the driver to see if he still had the car and he told me he had just off-loaded but was still at the shop. I explained the situation and that I was a few minutes away. He offered to stay with the vehicle until I got there to retrieve the device. Thanks you so much!!!!

I was on my way to the DFW airport and I could not miss that flight. I was being driven by my brother when a tire went flat quickly. We called this company and were there in no time at all. Since this was a new car (Ford Fiesta 2014), the tire iron was never used. My brother and I attempted to change the tire, but the tire iron did not fit correctly and it stripped the lug nuts. Ford! Anyway, the guy that helped us as much as he could but didn't want to snap the lug nut screw so he recommended he tow the car to a tire shop. I asked for a short ride to the airport (we were about 5 miles away) and after calling his supervisor he did. I got to my flight and my brother got the tire fixed. Highly recommend this business!

Wow, incredible service by Bruce! Car died at DFW Terminal A exit on Saturday (1/24) night. We called AAA for first time ever to get a tow to auto shop in Grapevine. AAA recorded call at 7:18 p.m. and said tow truck would be there by 8:03. Bruce arrived at precisely 8:03, extremely professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. He surveyed the situation, got his dispatch to get the DFW police to come block traffic so he could get the SUV up on his flat bed, then carefully moved back out of the way of traffic, secured the car and we headed off to repair shop (25 minutes from start to finish) where he very pleasantly and professionally off loaded the car into a parking space for us. Highly recommend Bruce & Company!!! Turned what could have been a very long, ugly night on the side of the road to a minor irritant, we were back home only 90 minutes from the original break down!

I had to call insurance to cancel the first tow company that failed. Insurance's roadside assistance then contacted That Toe Company and tow driver Brandon Campbell came to the rescue ASAP. He is courteous, well spoken, funny, professional, good looking and the tow went without incident, quick and efficient. Brandon is my hero after the other company left me in a car in 32 degrees for 2 hours of "soon". Can't ask for better!

I've never had a good experience with tow company's but this one is the best. Mike is an earthly angel (actually) and he is a great person & businessman! I will sing his praises to everyone and highly recommend him to all my family and friends!
