I just purchased an older home in the north shore and it was only a matter of time until the applainces began breaking down. I am looking to renovate so i am putting off the purchase of any new appliances until i know exactly what i need. Chris has been a lifesaver. I found this comapny on Yelp and gave them a try. I have to say i'm thrilled to have discovered them since i have needed them a bunch! My microwave decided to short out and shortly after my garbage disposal backed up and stopped working. Appliance King repaired both the SAME DAY and saved me alot of money. Turns out my appliances just needed a little tweaking and they are good for another few years.

These guys fixed my dryer and saved the day! I thought i needed a new one and turns out i did not. They were quick, neat and affordable. I highly recommend them.

I had my entire family in from out east for xmas & the day before, wouldn't you know, my dishwasher just stopped working. I was told this miele brand was the best & never thought such a thing could happen but low in behold 10 kids in the house & a broken dishwasher. I thought it was going to be paper plates for xmas dinner but all turned out just fine.The App King had come out on several occasions in the past & had kept my garage fridge working well past its normal life & for reasonable bills ever time, so they were my 1st call. This was a 2 yr new dishwasher & I thought I was in for a big repair this time around not to mention I was skeptical that I could convince ANYONE to come in the day before the holiday. Well I ended up pleased on both fronts, one, they made time for me inspite of a booked schedule, & two found the littlest thing wrong you could ever imagine & I got the smallest bill ever. I would have paid anything & they knew that but charged almost nothing all the same. thx!!

Had this tech Chris out for my fridge, heater, dryer, dishwasher and oven over the past 8 years. Awesome, fair priced, service call lower then most places. Dependable and professional. Wouldn't try anywhere ese. Family owned and you can tell, they take pride in their work and word! Efficient! Hard working. It's obvious I would DEFINITELY recommend him to family and friends!

my washing machine stopped in the middle of washing and just sat with all the water in it. i had these guys out last year for my oven and was very happy with the service. i called and they came out the next day and fixed the machine. nice guy, polite and professional.

If I could put 0 stars I would! Here's my experience...The tech did not show during designated window, so I called to check. They got in touch with him and called back to let me know he'd be there shortly - so no big deal. What I had a problem with was that when he did show he had an ATTITUDE! He went to the wrong address and was waiting across the street, he didn't like my third floor walk-up, but the worst was that he couldn't get the machine to overheat the way It had been - despite the fact that I was telling him throughout his testing process that what he was doing was not how the problem had happened in the past and if he tried to run it differently he might see the same result I had. Instead, he tried to tell me that there probably was no problem ..."all machines pause between cycles." No kidding! Really? I've only been doing laundry for 25 years...I think I'm aware of that and can tell the difference between a normal pause and a machine that overheats, smells like it's burnin
