Bouqs sent a bouquet that was nothing like the ones on their website, Flowers were sparse with more fillers than flowers. Some flowers were crushed and droopy, and dying with black petal ledges. Their "Happiness is 100% guarantee" is BALONEY!!! I emailed them. Ann asked for a photo. I sent her 3. She replied with info on how to care for the flowers. I asked her about their guarantee. She never read my complaint of the poor flowers I received. She asked to send a photo again! I said that I sent her 3 photos that day! She said in 1 to 2 days blooms would open and the bouquet would look nicer. There were no unopened blooms! I asked for a supervisor. Now someone named Rosie replied giving me info on flower care and she hoped the next order would exceed my expectations. No phone number is available for this company. I would NEVER order anything from this company. They don't stand behind their guarantee and their customers service SUCKS. Buyer Beware!!!
