Since moving into this complex I have had exceptional experiences with both the office staff and with maintenance folks. I was the deputy housing manager at Ft. Eustis for a couple of years after retiring and I appreciate the maintenance folks' job attitudes. I have some observations I'd like to discuss with management. Not complaints, just correctable incidents. Thanks for giving me a chance to vent.
