He cancelled 3 times at the last minute or after the day was over. When he did show up, he was extremely rude and unprofessional.

I had my Lopi fireplace installed by this company a few months ago. I've waited to put out a review since we didn't need to use it until now. I'm VERY happy with the results of this install and the chimney that was installed on the roof is perfect. They even spray painted the metal to match the vent already on the roof of the house. There is no way my husband could have installed this fire place correctly through the ceiling and then into the attic and through the roof. I know the house is safe from burning down having hired a certified installer, The Chimney Guy. They even informed us that we had built the hearth too short and gave us ways to be able to move the fireplace closer to the wall by using a fire guard against the wall to reflect heat. They also cleaned up their mess before leaving. Since we had it installed during the summer months they installed it the same day I got the estimate. No waiting.

Scheduled 3 appointments - took off work three times and he has not shown up yet!

Hello! It's 1:30 pm and he's still not here. Called at 10:30 and he said he was in his way. Psssh...

Started scheduling in October. It is mid November and I still have dirty chimney.

One star only because ZERO is not an option.
