The Clock Doc

Provided by YP.comAfter visiting a different clock repair shop in Fullerton where the man there tried his hardest to convince me that I needed a whole new movement (for $360 plus tax), I decided to look for a second opinion. I'm so glad I found the Clock Doc. He comes to your house and has very reasonable fees. Our Howard Miller Schoolhouse Wall Clock had stopped working and he was able to get it working perfectly (like clockwork, as it were), right in our own home. I feel if the job had been more involved, he would have also given us a fair price. The repair price was about a third of what the other place would have cost, and we got a 2 yr warranty. We are VERY satisfied. So much so that my mother is having her Howard Miller mantle clock serviced by The Clock Doc.
Just a note: The Clock Doc is now based in Anaheim.

Provided by YP.comJordan was late for 3 appointments, one over 3 1/2 hours, promised a 6 week turnaround which ended up being over three months, took up to three days to respond to my phone calls regarding completed work, made appointment to return my clock only to learn it wasn't my clock that was completed, brought wrong pendulum when returning cuckoo clock, didn't bring his own tools, and so on and so on. I finally adjusted the time and while doing so noticed some damage and sent two letter to Jordan and Nicole and left one message on their recorder regarding the damage and have had no response. They talk the talk but don't walk the walk.

Provided by YP.comAfter getting a twisty tie caught in the wheels of my cuckoo clock I thought I really destroyed it. I found The Clock Doc on line and contacted him. He came to my house and within 1 hour had my cuckoo clock cuckooing. I was so ecstatic . He called 45 min. prior to the appointment to confirm and showed up on time. He was friendly, respectful and very professional. I strongly recommend The Clock Doc for your clock repair needs. Others in my family also have cuckoo clocks and within 15 min. after my clock was fixed I was on the phone giving out his number. He gave me the knowledge to insure that my clock has a long life cuckooing.

Provided by YP.comI had my clock repaired by Clock Doc. Nothing worked after a few days. I called and Jordan, who owns Clock Doc said he would stop by and flaked out on me twice!
I don't recommend this service. Don't get stuck paying $150.00 for a horrible job. Now I have to get someone else to do the work correctly.
I miss my old technician. He retired but he was the best! I hope to find another technician that I can rely on.

Provided by YP.comI called the Clock Doc after a grandfather clock that had been in my family for 5 generations started to go on the fritz. I tried consulting several other clock repair websites and repairmen before finding the Doc. I was suprised at first at the young age of the Doc but was as equally suprised and impressed with his excellent clockworking skills. He handled my family heirloom with the utmost care and concern. He made sure to notify me of anything he noticed to be out of the ordinary which was unexpected and much appreciated. Most of the other guys i talked to it was more about just the price to fix it and i definantly didnt feel that they took in to consideration how much this clock really means to me. His professionalism and attention to detail shined through in his work, because when i recieved my treasured timepiece back his attention to detail was more than obvious. I think the clock was ticking and shining better than ever before! Bottom line i was more than satisfied and would recommend his services to any of my family, friends or co-workers. The Clock Doc Rocks!
