Three calls and a text message within 26 hours and I still haven't received a callback, much less the "same day service" that they promise in their ad. Very very unprofessional!

I thought i was done for right before i was to present my dissertation After months of working in the field for my my doctorate. I made the dumbest mistake of not backing up any data. I had a new computer with windows 7 and norton antivirus , so i thought i was safe. Well One day i get a message saying im infected with 200 viruses and i should click here so i did nexst its asking me for a credit card , so i thought it was fishy, I ignored it for about 2 months then all of a sudden i cant get into anything i have no permision to and worse than that my files seems to have gone missing. My heart litterly sunk to the floor. I called several places but everyone said pretty much the same thing that im screwed and it would cost around 300$ to do the data recovery alone then another 150 for the windows reinstalation. I called the Computer doctors and The tech jeff talked to me and explained i should have to worry.Although the data was deleted or lost it doesn't mean its gone forever. He would do the entire recovery and re installation of windows for 180$ I couldn't believe it. Although my files came back with weird names the data was all there and i was so excited. I couldn't believe that i got everything back. Jeff was a life saver and the best part was i got everything back just in time to do the presentation. I took 72hrs for the recovery then another 3 hours to reinstall windows. Plus i got 1 year free of both an antivirus and antimalware. Jeff explained to me how to avoid getting those types of malware infectuions cause they can be very deadly to computers some even purposely raise the temperate of the proccesor by overclocking it and thus destrying your pc he said.l After all his pep talk and being able to have his cell phone to be able to call is just amazing you just dont get that anywhere FREE PHONE SUPPORT FREE ANTIVIRUS AND FREE REMOTE SUPPORT UP TO 20 MIN. I had to give him a tip So i ended up paying 180$ to the company and i gave him a 50$ tip. For getting everything done on time. Best buy said it could take up to 3 weeks. I would've surely gotten a lower grade if not fail the class altogether. All i can say it Speed service and quality You guys really are computer surgeons over there. Keep it up.

I have dealt with many IT guys with various jobs and these guys are light years ahead of them. They have always solved all my computer problems and have an emphasis on customer service. Don't get caught up with Geek Squad. Take it to these guys and have it fixed quickly and correctly and cheap!

I have been with The computer Doctors for the last 3 years. They not only solve my problems but also teach me new and exciting things. They also educate me on how to keep my computer virus free which is hard when you have 3 teenage grandkids that live with you. The computer doctors came to my house in the middle of the night and I paid for the rush service. My laptop was not only finished on time but also fixed properly. They even spent 15 minutes walking me through some steps to avoid this happening again and Will kept me informed throughout the whole process. I recommend everyone to Call The computer doctors. Not much to say except that i fell in love with the idea of free phone and remote support for up to a year after service. They've gotten me out of so many jams over the past year that Ive gotten into on my work PC. Twice i was infected by malware programs and i thought i lost my files. My daughter told me about her computer repair agency since she desperately wanted me to use Skype so that we could do video chat. I thought that at my age there was no way i could learn to use the PC let alone "Skype". Well i decided to give the computer doctors a call and asked for them to install a video camera the program and teach me how to use it and the pc in general. I had just 6 lessons of 1 hour each and the young man that came to my house Jeff , was extraordinary. Not only do i know how to use Skype and video chat but i am even downloading all kinds of new applications and after his lessons I am even editing photos of my grandkids and great grandkids even my video vacation. I took Classes about 6 years ago and there was just so much information there it was overwhelming. Jeff seemed to know just how to break down every step so that i could not just learn to use the programs but understand how the basics of every program work. For example I know that every program has some menu and in the menu are all of the settings, It didnt matter which program i was in as long as i could find the menu and open different parts of it i realized that i didnt have to memorize every single step all i had to do was know that i could print whether im online or in micrsoft word every program has a print menu. right clicking also became a tool instead of just more monatenous memorization. I now know that right clicking brings up a mini menu that allows me to change settings for an individual part of a program instead of the whole program like with the main menu. I was amazed at just how easy so much of this stuff really was. Now i don't take lessons anymore i just have weekly phone conversations asking various questions that i write down when i come across something i want to know. My daughter was even amazed at how i was telling her how to edit a photo. The best part of it all i didn't have to spend an arm and a leg like with those classes i took 6 years ago and i actually feel comfortable around a PC now. These guys are real professionals. After Jeff helped me so much when he asked if i could write a review i couldn't refuse, But best of all i didn't even have to ask how to write the interview i figured out all of that on my own. Those classes were invaluable.

Its amazing how you never know how bad other companies are until you find the right one. Having my own personal tech on call 24/7 is something that i thought only executives could have. Then i found the computer doctors. Not only did they fix my PC for cheaper than several other quotes that i got from other companies but the service came with free phone and remote support. I was shocked when i heard that. I decided last week to test out the phone support i called my tech at around 10pm and to my amazement he picked up i asked him some random questions that i had been writing down over the past week and he didn't rush through the conversation or anything. I really do feel like I'm speaking to a real doctor in the sense that all of the explanations for how this and that works are easy to understand and theres no frustration in trying to get an answer that i can understand.

Why couldn't i find you guys sooner.

Phenomenal service. I couldn't believe that i didn't have to even leave my house and carry my heavy desktop to a store and waste gas on top of an evaluation fee. The 24 hr Turn around for Replacing my hard drive installing windows and performing a data recovery on my hard drive that had stopped working was amazing. Geek Squad quoted me around 550$ + a mandatory evaluation fee of 70$ I spent less than half of that with no evaluation fee. Plus free phone and remote support. Finally I found an agency that treats me like a customer and not a Dollar bill sign. Good Job Guys.

I was skeptical at first about the whole free evaluation thing, Then Jeff Came to my house looked at the pc told me what was wrong and game me a estimate. Since earlier that day i had taken it to geek squad and already wasted 70$ i couldn't believe how cheap he was able to fix my PC. Its been 3 weeks now and Ive bought a printer since then and after giving me his cell i decided to test out the free phone support and what do ya know he walked me through how to install my printer for FREE. great company and just awesome service. Id recommend anyone to at least try it out its a free evaluation so there's nothing to loose.

A young man jeff came to my house and immediately i saw that he knew what he was doing. I have a dog and most of the time he either runs away or jumps on people, Well he fell in love with jeff & so did my computer. I had a very nasty virus that i was suffering with for 3 weeks. It took him an hour and when he was done he even gave me his cell phone so i could call if i had any questions. On top of the quick service He installed 2 antivirus and malware programs free of charge. Now im protected for the next 2 years and all this was inclusive. Most of all i loved how he explained to me in very understandable terms what had happened and how to prevent it in the future.

The next time i have any PC trouble i know who to call.
