HORRIBLE! do not make the mistake of finding the beauty in the layout of the units. the office is full of ill mannered unprofessional staff members who are only there watching the clock till closing time. they are untrained and uninformed on any thing. with no care to help which is sad due to the fact that its high rent and a nice location as well they have very sick cats all over the property that are strays. the MANAGER Phyllis showed up to my house smoking a cigarette knowing i am 6 months pregnant and my 2 toddlers are standing next to me just blowing it all in my unit. the gentleman James is the one who informed us about the severely sick cats, who also happens to be my neighbor who plays electronic music into the late hours of the night at full blast. Jane the office lady never has an answer for any issue and becomes very frustrated if you ask more than one question and interrupt her reading time.
