The Garbage Man employees skipped the garbage cans at my address. This is not the first time. Now, if we wait until next week, we will have two weeks worth of garbage, but they will not take the additional garbage even if it is bagged. They do NOT answer their business line, nor do they return calls when you leave a message. I have also requested the large garbage cans provided to all my neighbors. I have made this request several times. They won't provide those cans, yet their drivers complain to us for not having them. I am so unimpressed at this point that I will be calling the Stroh Ranch managers to complain. I hope maybe this review will cause some kind of response.

Terrible Terrible Terrible......

I do not recommend The Garbage Man. You get what you pay for! Skip us at least 3 or 4 times a pay cycle. When you call to ask if there was a reason you get told that she will call the driver and ask and let you know..........well you get no call back. My garbage sits another week at the end of my drive. I call the following week when he AGAIN skips us. All apologetic and promises it will be picked up.....NOPE still not picked up! Now they wont answer the phones and don't return phone calls. Terrible service and they never follow through with what they say they will do. I gave them 1 star only because they did pick my garbage up occasionally.

This is quite literally THE WORST service I have ever experienced. Regular trash pick-up has been decent, definitely wouldn't say stellar, but I've been paying for recycling service that I don't receive. I'm safer to bet that they won't pick it up then relying on them providing the service that I'm paying for. I have to call constantly because they don't show up, then when they guarentee me that they will come the next day to get my recycling, they STILL don't show up. I had some furniture and junk that I needed hauled away outside of my regular trash pickup, which I hired this company to remove. My junk sat on my curb for 2 1/2 weeks! Several phone calls later they finally picked it up. I would categorize them as the most incompetent service provider I have ever encountered. They are a joke and I am impressed that they keep enough customers to continue the business.

Worst Service and Companty Ever, Late all the time. Threw trash cans in ditch... Owner is Rude!

This is the worst company ever. They threw 3 of our trash cans away. When we called to complain they told us we must have been mistaken. We were home and went to pick the cans up within a couple of minutes of them leaving. They now refuse to pay for them and refuse to take our phone calls. They also do not take all of the trash. They regularly leave trash in the street that they dumped over and they refuse to take our lawn/garden trash, because it may have been tainted? Have you ever heard of a company not picking up grass. I let my children play on that grass? Hope this saves at least one person from a frustrating non trash collecting conpany!

Great and reliable service at a great price.
