I am surpised to experience a rude attitude in a seemingly professional over-priced sports store, this is first. It was only when my 12 years old asked me why the people here are so rude albeit my attempts to let go. I did not do much other than approaching the manager who has not apparently used to customer service either since he was somewhat surprised that a customer is actually giving him feedback. You would imagine that a good service is due given the economic condition despite whatever moode they have of not making their sales goals. They managed to ship away part of my enjoyment with the sport. Imagine asking a reasonable question about a tool and you get a smerk and no answer instead!



I would absolutely not recommend them for the products or the service you get or lack thereof.
