Brought my push mower in today to be fixed. Alexander used a phone translator to speak with me - which was very nice. He stopped his regular work and quickly assessed my mower and even fixed a blade we installed incorrectly. I was very happy with the service and would recommend to anyone.

Took my lawn mower for repair. Had to bring it back within 20 minutes of using it for same problem and was charged again. Used it again and again same problem. Not bothering to take it back again. This time I am going to take the loss and move on. Terrible shop.

I have had my Dixon ZTR serviced by the owner. He has never overcharged or put "shop supplies, lubricants or trying to get me to replace or fix things that are unnecessary!
