I have been a Morning Call customer for over 35 yrs., but will now be canceling my subscription. I never had a problem with delivery. The past 3 years I am getting missed deliveries and calling Customer Service about getting a redelivery that never gets redelivered. After apologies and assurances that the situation would be rectified. I am not sure where the communication is failing, but it needs to be fixed fast or they will be losing a lot of their loyal customers. I have talked to neighbors and coworker and they all seem to have the same problem, so this is not an isolated incident.

Have been a MC customer for 40+ yrs., all 3 sons were carriers in their HS yrs.,, and never been late with a payment - but will now be canceling my subscription. For the 4th consecutive time this year, after notifying the paper of my vacation plans and receiving confirmation of my request to stop delivery, my paper was delivered every day of my absences. After each episode I received profuse apologies and assurances that the situation would be rectified. Just know that this is how they treat their loyal customers before you consider subscribing.

Cancelled today due to lack of good delivery service and an inability to talk to anyone actually in my area. Missed papers? Talk to someone in the Phlilipines. No thanks. Tired of it.

In the past 4 months I have had 2 newspaper deliveries. No sense calling the phone number. You will get someone in India that promises you a paper within the hour that never comes. I recommend Any other paper!
