I was very surprised by the service I received today by the owner of perky peacock. I've been here before and had a awesome experience, this time I was very disappointed. The owner is helping me try bras on and I'm telling her what I don't like and where its uncomfortable. she's not even looking at where I'm pointing. I tryed on 4 bras and that I didn't not like and I got a strong vibe that she was getting frustrated with me , so much that it made me uncomfortable and I said that I will look my self I don't want to get you frustrated. I ask her what size I am and she range it in between 3 sizes because every bra is diffrent. Well... i gave up she didn't offer to order one (which the other girl had before in the past) and she didnt tell me when more would come.I was surprised that this was the owner. I have sent SO MANY of my patients to this store and have told soo many women about it. NEVER AGAIN. Its amazing how important customer service is!
