The Sewer & Drain Medic recently unclogged our toilet/bathtub drain and did a Fantastic Job! The plumber was very friendly, arrived early and had the job done in no time! Wonderful service, I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing help!

We used Medic last year when our septic system filled up AGAIN!!! We just had pumped out by TNT two years prior!!!! I will never call TNT again!! Zach came out and was very professional and kind. He done a wonderful job!!! I did not know there were two sides to the septic... I am pretty sure we only had one side pumped before. He dug up the two lids to the septic for us as with the other company we had to do it ourselves. He also showed us the distributor box.... Which really needs replacing... Cleaned out our lines... I thought we had roots in our drains but he showed us we did not.... No need for that service... They have state of the art equipment... I am now recommending them to our Church now....I used this company because of the great reviews... They are correct!! You will not be sorry you called... Also, their prices are very reasonable!! The service tech they sent out was great but the owner is something else. They pumped out my septic tank but did not clear the lines to the building. I called the owner to have the tech to come out and could not believe the foul language he used on the phone. GD this and GD that. Not what a customer wants to hear. And I also don't want to hear this from a business owner talking about his employees.



Spoke to the business owner on a separate occasion about repairing a leach field.

This guy is just plain out rude. I hung up the phone on him.



I will never use him again



Services were over priced compared to others I have used.

Problem: Persistent drain back-up over the years that culminated in multiple call-outs of local plumbers-drain companies who were happy to charge and arm and a leg to 'clear' the drain, but not resolve underlying cause.



Solution: Called John at Sewer and Drain Medic and he dispatched Phil the same morning who arrived, listened to the details and then spent 2.5 hours systematically diagnosing the issue with hydrojet, auger and camera. Found the root ball in damaged joint using metal detector to find the camera head, discovered buried clearout in the yard, dug pipe out, cut replaced with new two-way clear out. Reinspected the entire line with the camera all the way to the street to ensure all was well and charged a reasonable price. Phil had ALL the equipment he needed to do this job on his truck, unlike other companies we had come in. So he completed the job from start to finish is 2.5 hours and did not go wandering off for equipment (and charging for the time!).



I can't tell you how relieved I was to have someone actually want to solve the problem and finish the job properly. Over the last year or two we had three local companies show up ill prepared, do a half baked job and charge for subsequent visits to re-clear the drain they never fixed properly.



Phil worked hard, explained each step clearly and was keen that I saw the camera inspection with him. He was professional and cleared up everything.



Summary: We hired (and paid dearly) for three previous companies to come and 'resolve' this problem and wished we had picked The Sewer Drain and Medic at the start. They specialize in drain, septic tanks and so on. Take my advice and look no further if you have a main drain, back-up or roots in drain problem.

Peace of mind is what Anthony delivered when he arrived here earlier than the time stated by the person who answered the phone when we called. Courteous, kind, professional, knowledgeable and a caring attitude with a smile. He took the time to explain things (about our septic system) on a level we could understand, and educated us about some other things we were not aware of. The service from this gentleman is top-notch! Great job, Anthony, and thank you for putting us at ease during a frantic situation!

I could not be happier with the plumbing work, or the very nice, personable & friendly young man who fixed our plumbing today. My call for help was answered immediately, and, amazingly, Zak pulled up half an hour early to get started. He went right to work, stopping only to let me know exactly what he was doing, and to make sure that an additional (necessary) $14 replacement part was okay by me! He even carefully cleaned up the bathroom floors where he'd been working! The bill was very reasonable, and it was just a pleasure doing business with Sewer & Drain Medic. These guys are the best!! Call them....you won't regret it! Great service provided by genuinely nice guys; they do things the way everyone should. They're the ONLY plumbing service I'll use from now on!

Anthony and Zach were professional and personable. Each provided quality work at a reasonable price. I needed septic tank pumping and repair to parts of the system. All service was performed within four hours. They also took time to explain what they were doing and the basic workings of the system.

First and foremost- They actually answer the phone!



I was a little frantic (to put it mildly) because both of my bathrooms were ankle-deep in water. The gentleman I spoke to told me they would come out ASAP and assured me that "It will be all right". The ETA was an hour to an hour and a half, yet the young man arrived in about 35 minutes. He assessed the situation and went straight to work. In less than an hour the problem was solved.



They were personable, knowledgeable and efficient. If you ever have plumbing problems these are the people to call!
