Provided by YP.comI was scammed. Will not honor their exchange policy. I cleared up the exchange policy upfront (if I don't like the mattress, they will exchange within 90 days) because I did not get to try the mattresses first. Carlos (or is it Renee), delivered very firm mattresses and when I asked for an exchange, I was told that they had no mattresses to exchange with me even though I saw they were advertising them on Offerup. Completely lied to me. Then when I gave them another chance to exchange, Carlos told me that I had to delete my negative feedback first. I told him that I would delete negative feedback the same time he exhanged that mattresses. He refused. NOT honest and no integrity.
