The Sound Vision has great customer service. I got a TiVo through them a year ago as a gift for my boyfriend. Jon, the company owner, answered all of the questions I had, and even delivered the equipment right to my door. He knew it was a gift so he played along with the cover story so my boyfriend wouldn't get suspicious. Jon even followed up with us after to make sure my boyfriend was happy with the equipment.



I highly recommend The Sound Vision, they do more than sell equipment, they educate the customer.

Worked with this company on a home theater I designed. Usually difficult to balance interior design and speakers (with wires), but I thought they provided great soultions without compromising the husband's audio requirements or the wife's visual requirements. Great job! Easy to work with, I already recommended them to another client.

Personnel were understanding of my wants and needs. Complete system from screen to speakers to installation to projector, the works. Installation crew were professional and cautious of the surroundings as the room had been completed/finished before they came in to do their work(no damage). It is AWESOME!
