First, let me say TIRE RACK offers you a fair discount, excellent products, and choice of where you want to take your vehicle for service. Their other competitors only offer to "match" their prices. Since Tire Rack gives you the best deal FIRST, I use them. Because were it not for Tire Rack, these other dealers would be looking for every penny they could squeeze out of you! I've been using TIRE RACK since 1987, they've always supported the products that they sell far better than any other tire retailer. They have Never disappointed me and are truly innovative on how they go to market. I will continue to use them in the future. Tire Rack has several strategically located warehouses throughout America. (I live in PA and get my deliveries the very next day via regular UPS). I also drop-ship my selected tires to my installer, so I don't have to even touch the tires. Tire Rack gives you more choices, far superior than any other tire retailer. And for those who are not sure of what you want? Just call them/you will be glad you did!

They are now the Market Leaders in tires. Should you see a bad review of them, it's probably one of their competitors who wrote it!

After ordering a set of 4 tires with rims for my 09 mini on Oct 1st 2010 and seeing that all parts were in stock except the "sensor's" for the rims which per the web-site would be in by Oct 14th I placed my order. $1600..........Again per the web-site my order would be at my door by the 19th and I should expect a e-mail confirming the shipping date. I did call TireRack on the 14th and asked my TireRack rep. if the wheels and rims shipped. I was told that the sensors were "in route" and expected by the end of the month. Now if you realy think about this, how long does it take to ship four sensors that are about an inch long? Per TireRack is was going to take approx. 16 days! Now I'm no genius but with UPS and Fed-Ex who have overnight shipping how does it take 16 days to get a sensor in. I would have rather been told its on backorder then "in route". Needless to say I cancelled my order and will goto a local retailer to order my wheels..........Bad business TireRack........

Only thing i can say good about this place is they give you a detail about your tires.

But by time you pay shipping, mounting, balanceing, tpms( tire pressure monitor system) reset, you could have bought the tires off any local dealer 300 cheaper.

I do not recommend this to no one. Ok to find out what tire you want but after you do call your local dealers in town.

The michelin tires i bought were so much cheaper at tire rack. That is until i added in shipping and hadleing, mounting, balancing, disposal fee, new valve stems valve stems, Utah's tire recycling tax, etc. on top of that i realized i purchased 4ply tires rather than 10 plys for my F-250. It would have been much better for me to buy tires at an actual store so i could have a professional help me. Also after all of the extras i payed for it would have been CHEAPER to buy localy. Plus i wouldn't have had to wait for shipping. Shame on me for not doing all the math.

After purchasing many orders of tires from the Rack, I would never do it again. They did not ship my order as promised and I thereafter cancelled the order as they completely refused to upgrade the shipping despite the fact they made the error. A month later my account was charged for the tires. I contacted the Rack's customer service staff and left message after message. Thereafter, I disputed the charge and the real lieing began. They changed their story time and again claiming that my son (which I do not have!) picked up the tires and tried to have me pay for tires I never received. I finally won as it was obvious the Tire Rack was lieing but it was alot of time and effort.



Stay away from these people...they are bad news.

I have bought a few sets of tires from tire rack over the years and always had a pleasant and satisfying experience with them. They offer an unmatched selection and competitive prices. Fast shipping and top notch customer service. What's not to love? I highly recommend them. You simply can't go wrong buying from them.

If you are unlucky enough to purchase a defective tire from them, they want you to pay for the shipping so they can inspect it. Other than that, you are stuck and have to pay for a new one. What a joke! Talk about greed.

Place had immediate shipping service for cheap! Had the tires I want and needed in their inventory! No complaints at all and the price was great. A little cheaper than the dealership which was awesome to see especially in these trying times.

I have order a couple sets of tires from here over the years. Prices are reasonable and they are delivered in a reasonable amount of time. They are a little cheaper then local or chain tire shops. Friendly staff and great customer service. Keep up the good work.

Have ordered some tires from them before....great prices and they carry all the popular brands.

I had my tires changed here once and would never go back. The tires themselves are great, but the customer service is terrible. The associates are rude and uninterested and you get no updates on the status of your vehicle.

Excellent service. Very accomodating. They got me in and out of there in no time. Highly recommended!

Id say they have a good selectoin of tires . but they dont carry some brands . and u still have to find a place to install, so if youre getting the tire cheapper . remember this . shipping and handdeling , find another tire store to install so ad mounting ,balancing , disposal and all those other taxes . so ?

Tirerack had the lowest prices I have seen and pretty quick shipping. I had my tires within 3 days of the order.

While I do most of my retail tire shopping with Discount Tire, I use Tire Rack almost exclusively for racing tires and wheels. Most local tire shops - even so-called specialists - just don't have much in teh way of true high-performance tires, and rarely anything at all for true limited-use race rubber. Many shops carry custom wheels, but try finding light weight forged race wheels! Tire Rack has all this at excellent prices, with knowledgable sales people and fantastic customer service. Their deals on "regular" tires are fantastic as well - I just opt to use local shops for the convenience - but if you have ANY kind of specialty tire or wheel needs, for racing, karting, a custom truck, giant custom wheels, etc, these are the guys to call, period!
