I ordered 5 dozen for my wedding. The cupcakes were very generically decorated. None had ANY filling while our contract was supposed to have 4 of the 5 dozen with filling. Cupcakes were ok but if I wanted plain cupcakes I would have went to Safeway! I contacted the owner, Rachel, via email (because she wouldn't return my phone calls) and she took about a week to get back to me. She said that her company messed up although only 2 of the dozen were supposed to have filling. Well not according to my contract!!! She agreed to refund half my money. It's been 6 weeks and absolutely no communication! No check in the mail, no returning phone calls or emails! I will NEVER use "The Velvet Crumb" again....
