Very impressed. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and didn't take advantage of me like the other guys. I definitely will use Eric again and recommend him to others. I never write reviews like this so that speaks for itself.

Water Heater Pro Inc. is nothing short of a 5 Star service and support company, response time from my original call to the job completion reached well beyond my expectations. Eric was professional in both resolving a warranty issue along with deinstalling and reinstalling the replacement unit.

Eric's great! I called him, looking for a local professional, when my water heater broke and a neighbor that was going to install a new one for me, had flaked out. Eric was prompt, told me how long it would take, approximately how much it would cost, was finished when he said he would be and even hauled away the old water heater. It's refreshing to find some one like Eric and his company, The Water Heater Pro. I fully recommend him.

After searching tankless installer reviews I decided on Eric at the Water Heater Pro. His were the best & justifiably. He was super professional, knowledgable, reasonably priced, and did the work himself. There are lots of good plumbers, but if you want a tankless specialist he is your guy. He was a pleasure to deal with.

This business deserves a 5 star - I just happened to leave a message on voice mail and Eric contacted me and helped me out with a Water Heater plus took all the time to explain details of the water heater...He had not even completed any work for me but speaking to him I understand that he is a very honest person - I also guess his assistant Kim is also a very honest person...They took time to call me back - and gave me advise...Which no one else had done so, this was very kind of them....I have been w/out hot water for the past week now...I wish Eric and Kim well. Definetly I'll be recommending them to my friends

He came in initially and did a very thorough and complete analysis of our situation, properly inspecting the site and talking with us about our needs. Then he was very honest and clear about what our options were and what he would have to do to implement each of the different possible ways we could get our water-heating needs met. Next, he gave us a good understanding of how much each approach would cost, and it turned out that our best direction was to go with a tankless water heater that was the correct model (size) for the number of rooms in our house. The price is extremely fair and reasonable. That was much better than other companies from whom we got estimates. In the strongest way possible, based on thoroughness, professionalism, integrity, price, quality of work and general service, we would highly recommend The Water Heater Pro, Inc.

After the installation of our tankless water heater the installer (Eric) took the time to explain not only the units functions but also how the remote control can run diagnostics. My neighbor paid over 1000.00 for his unit that had a lower water flow rate and not even close to as clean of an installation. We were pleasantly surprised when the estimate and bill actually matched. Nice change from the usual bait and switch.

Great work by a true professional. Was on time, neat and efficient. We had a tankless installed so there was some extra work involved. We couldn't be happier!
