Right from the first communication by e-mail, I knew ThoseGuys were unique. Chris answered promptly,and his e-mail was well-written and clear(none of the computer language few people understand). When he came to do the work, he patiently answered all of my questions, did the work efficiently and quickly, and offered to help with any future questions I might have. I have been in touch with him since, and he always answers promptly and acts quickly. It is a pleasure to deal with a service person who wants to please the customer and appreciates your business. So many act as if they are doing you a favor. I would definitely use this business again.

My computer kept crashing and I wasn't really able to use it so I called around and these were the first guys to respond. They were able to come out at a time when it was convenient for me which was really nice. They figured out what was wrong, fixed it, and even explained to me how i can prevent that problem from happening again. That was also really nice. They were in and out in less than an hour and a half and didn't cost nearly what I expected from checking out geek squad or whatever. Bottom line, I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs computer help but doesn't want to spend a fortune to get it.
