Thrifty Moving

Provided by YP.comWe did quite a bit of research and ended up using Thrifty Moving for our move last week and we were not disappointed. Arrived on time and the crew worked there tails off. I have a lot of antiques and they padded them then used shrink wrap to further protect them. The didn't even charge for the shrink wrap. Great job guys and I I said I will tell all my friends about your service . keep up the good work.

Provided by YP.comIt is always our luck to pick a rainy day to move and this time was no exception. Fortunately we had a good moving crew and they did a great job. A few items we were concerned about getting wet the crew used shrink wrap on to keep them dry.
John and his crew worked hard under very tough conditions and we will use them next time we move.

Provided by YP.comJust moved from Martinez to Pleasant Hill and Thrifty Moving did a very good Job.
I had a lot of heavy boxes that I over packed (oops) and they handled them with no problem. I also forgot to tell them about all the stuff in my shed that had to go. John and his crew did what had to be done and the move went great. Also a local family run company and I like to keep my dollars in our community.

Provided by YP.comMoving can be a real pain and I had some really bad movers before so I sort of just expect things to go down hill.
These guys are the real deal. I talked to John on the phone and he was very knowledgeable and when I told him about my bad experiences with other movers he told not to worry that he personally trains all the crew. OK I figures why not. On moving day the crew arrived on time and went right to work putting padding on my hardwood floors. After a couple of hours almost half my stuff was in the truck. Now the other movers took almost half a day to do this. These guys know their trade and at the end of the move everything had gone perfect. And the price was actually a less than the rotten company's charged me.
I called John and thanked him and told him I would review Thrifty Moving.

Provided by YP.comVery professional from the time I made the first phone call to the end of my move. All my furniture was blanket wrapped and loaded into the truck very carefully. When we arrived at my new home everything was placed where I wanted it and in perfect condition. The price was very reasonable.
Good to see some companies still care about service.
