I have been a resident here in the treasure valley for thirty years, in that time I have built homes and had a lot of experience with different HVAC contractors. TML has installed several units for me and family members. They are on time, very knowledgeable and clean. James installed a brand new system for us in a day and the office followed up the next day to make sure everything was up to my satisfaction. Great Job TML thank you for your help.

I had a new furnace and cooling system installed by Service Experts. We had an existing service contract with them and their Salesman assured us they would install the proper size unit for our house and that the installation would be performed by a trained professional to local codes and industry standards. Immediately after the installation I noticed that the stair opening into the attic was blocked by the new furnace. If I had attempted to force my self through the small area i would be walking on studs. Because of my age and having neuropathy which causes no felling in my feet, I would have a hard time in an enclosed attic trying to balance on a two inch wide peace of wood. I put a call into to them to make them aware of the problem and the next day a supervisor came out and spent hours in the attic fabricating sheet metal around the furnace area. I questioned them regarding all the additional work they were doing and the FIRST response was that i had "LUCKED OUT" because they installed a more expensive unit by mistake. After another two hours I asked again what is it your doing thats taking up another day. The SECOND responce this time was that I was getting a "CUSTOM" installation because, and i qutoe, "John, I see your not getting any younger and I saw your handicap sign in the mirror of your car. You don't seem to be getting around very well but dont you worry, were going to FIX YOU RIGHT UP THIS TIME". I am a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the United States Marine Core and I'm disabled do to combat related injuries. That comment was extremely disrespectful. I had enough and asked them to get down from the attic now and meet me at the kitchen table. After I got the come to Jesus talk out of the way I requested what model of furnace I bought and what the model was in my attic. After 30 minutes of calling in model #s the end result was they did indeed put in a more expensive furnace in. I told them that the airflow was not blowing as hard as my old furnace was, it was much weaker. They replied with "that's what I've been working on up there, making clearance for your attic and adding another return because yours is to small". I told them that there not adding another return and that i felt like they were trying to ban-aid it and to pack up your things, leave my property, and tell your "boss" to send some one out here who knows what there doing. I called for a second opinion and explained to them what had transpired. Man what a difference! They spent 30 minutes alone measuring the house, windows, walls, and checked the crawl and the attic. They took all this information and punched it in the computer to determine what size furnace and cooling system I needed for the house. As i expected the furnace was to small for my house. Since TML hadn't called me back that day( which shows you how much they care about the customer) I decided to do a little more in depth research. Service Experts is a publicly traded company, thats right the stock market. Meaning there is no ownership. You place a call to Service Experts and it goes to a call center, most of them are in Florida. The owners stepped down after the numbers started falling and cashed in a few million dollars of there stocks. Lennox purchased the franchise like business and also lost money. It is now owned by American Capital which is a private equity firm. This is the problem with a franchise like company. You have employes who aren't held accountable because of no real ownership which the end result is no true customer service. So a company being ran by managers is going to send out more managers. I was very happy with their service. They came out as scheduled in fixed my AC system within 45 minutes. In this blazing heat, it was nice to know they could be depended on. ALso, they quoted the price and it was competitive to others I called.

This out fit has supposedly " trained" technicians. One they did a crappy job on my new home HVAC years ago. Two they didn't fix a problem correctly about a year later. Third, they acted like they never were at our house when the same problem occurred. Fourth, they just plain suck. These guys are incompetent, untrained, unreliable, etc. Don't use them. Why do you think they changed their name??
