had my vw jetta trans done there over 2 years ago vehicle is running great. I dealt with butch very knowledgeable and proffessional .

My vehicle was making a noise so I took it in to get the fluids checked out. They charged next to nothing and even took it for a drive. Seems I probably have a worn bearing. They said I can get some more miles out of it.

TERRIBLE SERVICE; CLULESS;RIP OFF; I TOOK 3 CARS THERE;they screwed up all 3;1st car, mixed up rebuild kits & put wrong 1 in my car;2nd car never tightened bolts on exhaust manifold,tore plug wire off & set back in place causing bad miss;3rd car never tightened hoses causing them to blow off, tranny fluid all over my car & roadway; now after approx. 40000 miles, my RELIABLE mechanic checked engine light problem;tranny 4th gear ratio prob; needs rebuild done correctly by someone who KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING; THANKS FOR NOTHING "TODD'S"

I have been taking my vehicles to Todd's for about 5 years now, for minor repairs to transmission and engine replacements. Todd's has always provided great service and their pricing is competitive. Todd's staff has always been friendly and accommodating and always do their best to provide their services in a timely and professional manner. I have a Hyundai Elantra touring which transmission failed just after the warranty expiration date. Todd's re-built my transmission and it ran great for a while, then failed again. I took it back to Todd's and they gave me a loaner while working on my trans. They were unable to resolve the issue,so they contacted the dealer where I bought the vehicle and were to obtain a new replacement AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO ME and it has been great ever since. I would recommend Todd's to anyone needing major transmission or other repairs.

i took my car in for a simple transmission flush and filter change because i was on my way for a road trip, on my way home from the shop my transmission started slipping and grinding and my 2003 explorer is no longer drivable!!!. The car went in working perfect as i always take care of it and it come out a wreck. The work was done on a Thursday, started acting up, no i have to wait till the weekend it over to even make a complaint because it it not open on the weekends. so i don't even know it they are going to help out or make this the worst mechanic headache of my life. All i wanted was a bolt replaced they insisted on a full transmission service costing me 140.00. and now i have no car. My opinion is how do you take your car to a transmission specialist, for a simple filter and a transmission service and have the car come back a wreck where there was nothing wrong to begin with.
