Call us to take advantage of you being broke down you mran. Mechanic charged us $500 for after hours repair and didn't or couldn't fix it. Go elsewhere. Where I come from if we can't fix something, we don't take advantage of you

Talk about slow, 3 hrs, just to look at clutch, had to leave before they could fix light. Said they'd get me right in, didn't do anything, but wanted to charge 90.00, but I said freightliner only charged 40.00, they dropped price then. They couldn't adjust it & wanted 15 hrs labor to change it. Wouldn't recommend.

when my truck was stuck on a truck stop there was a guy with jumper service, his name was Alex, he agreed to help me. He did not start my truck because like he said a truck needs new batteries which they have just across the street for $138 per each ( I needed 4) and he also said that he will charge me $90 for work which I agree to. Not even an hour later I receive a call from the shop that he works for, the guy on a phone told me that they fixed everything and that my truck is working now he also said that my total is $ 700 and something(don't remember the exact number) for 2 batteries !!!!!!!!!!! for what I replied they were supposed to change 4 batteries for $138, after that he told me that they changed 4 batteries for $150 and my total is $1180. The guy was extremely RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!he was yelling on me all the time. When I asked why my total is so high he told me that he charge me $150 for service call which I did not make, his guy was already there and a shop is just across the street!!! $109 for jump start!!!!!You can't charge anybody for the service which wasn't done!!! $370 for the labor instead of $90!!! $714 for batteries instead of $550, $72 I still don't know what plus taxes!!!!!!!!I have never talked to anybody as rude as that guy was!!!!!!!! People like that should never work in customer service!!!!!that guy needs to be explained what is the appropriate way to talk to people and he need to apologies for yelling at me using inappropriate words !!!!!!!!!!!!
