Top Job did an amazing job on carpets that had been destroyed by my tenants. Mike was terrific and was honest about not being sure if he could get the stains out but was able to do so with effort. After that I immediately hired Top Job to touch up and paint some rooms in the house. They did so quickly, efficiently and to my specifications. In my 18 years of home ownership I have never worked with a better contractor. I'd hire them again in quick second.

Mike was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Top Job's prices are very competitive, and the work they did on my dirty/old area rug is fantastic. I will be sure to reach out to the company again the next time I am in the market for its services. A well-deserved 5 stars from me! (Newtown, PA)

Have used them three times in the past 8 years to clean our carpets! Would not hesitate to call them again. Mike was extremely helpful with also pointing out different areas that needed attention in our house we are readying for sale. Even changed our air filter at no charge just because it needed it. He is very knowledgable. Ask him anything and he knows how to fix it.

Hired Top Job Cleaning and restoration last week to clean the light cream carpets in my house. Excellent Job. Not only are my 8 year old carpets looking like new, they also removed Red Nail Polish and Black Paint. They went above and beyond... I will only use them in the future.

Top Job did an excellent job in our office. Mike was on time and very accommodating. He made sure we were happy with the final result. And he was quite reasonably priced as well. We would definitely use him again.

I'd give more stars if I could! My family and I have been using Mike for over 10 years. He does exceptional work! He's very accommodating & tries to fit you in last minute if needed. He even generously left me extra spray for removing cat odor from my sofa without any prompting from me.

Top Job were very responsive when we had water in our basement due to sump pump problems due to the ice storm. They came out and promptly helped us to clean up the remaining water and then provided support to dry out the carpet and walls. They were very helpful in monitoring the moisture and then cleaning the carpets. They provided insight into what we were doing. We would use them again.

Top Job Cleaning came out recently to clean my microfiber sectional couch. They were able to fit me in at short notice at a reasonable price and were very professional when they came. They were very knowledgeable about different fabrics and chemicals and assured me that what they were using to clean my couch was organic. Perfect since I have a cat. They were also very fast and thorough. Michael and his assistant even steam cleaned my aerial rug out of courtesy. Before they left they cleaned up after themselves and made sure my floors were clean. They also recommended what I can use to clean my microfiber between cleanings. I will definitely have them back to clean my upstairs carpets and recommend them to any one in Phoenixville or the surrounding areas. ~Monique P.

Top Job Cleaning came out to service a major water damage disaster . Sprinkler broke and due cold weather of 2014 Jan. Plumbers were scarce , plus the fact Top Job Certified plumber and sprinkler expert - to fix our plumbing and sprinkler system . Did not have to make a phone call and be put on hold for 30 minutes for a plumber. Took their time with my fine china for pack out moving service . Knowledgable to assess damage an place property in storage and corresponded with insurance agent and was billed accordingly... Punctual and focus several days to get house back together around the clock, dry all contents safe and very effective and was certified mold prevention unit to prevent further damage. They had all their contractors for H/vac Electrician etc to run smoothly place back my house . Like it never happen and did the little extra in a very stressful time .. was not the first time happen to me . So I was very skeptical but was satisfied . Excellent performance.
