I am glad that I found TopCoat Painting on yellowpages.com. I worked with Derrick and right off top he was professional and very knowledgeable about the services they provide. His honesty saved me over $1200, the amount of money I would have had to pay another company for services I did not need.

We had a great experience with top Coat. They were very nice guys & did excelent work. The job took far less time than we thought it would. They came out to do our bid as soon as we called, & before we knew it ,the trim, cealings, & walls of every room in our home was beautiful. I found Top Coat on Yellowpages.com. I am a home owner in the Cool Springs area. I originally got 4 different bids. Top Coat painted the whole upstairs of our home & even assisted us in choosing a wonderful faux finish as an accent wall in our master bed room. They weren't the cheapest, or the most expensive price i was quoted, but i believe they gave me the highest quality work for my money.

I wanted to thank you and the team for a great job! Ed and Josh were meticulous in there painting, no detail was overlooked, they take great pride in the work performed. He and Josh exhibited a lot of patience, especially when a few changes had to be made. Other vendors, commented on how pleasant, and quiet they were on the job. How flexible you were with working with our schedule, and to top it off your price was very reasonable and the best out of the 3 competing bids.



The home looks absolutely beautiful. Ed did an outstanding job repairing the bathroom walls..I never expected such a good result.

This company did better then an excellent job for us. Our son bought a new house that needed to be ready to move into within 30 days. That included working with other contractors on floors, furniture, plumbing and also a roof leak during that time. This company worked hard to try and meet all deadlines, surprises with the walls etc. Also during this challenging job one of their main painters had an unexpected illness leaving them short. They worked night and day to get the job done "perfect" and meet the deadline. We would recommend them and hire them again to work for us!

Top Coat Painting painted my daughter's room and trim. They did a wonderful job even though they ran into problems. They found water damage around her window sill and baseboard. However, they fixed the problems. Even though this took a lot of extra time they completed the job that day! I would definetely use them again!

Ed and the TopCoat crew have done several jobs for us over the past two years. The first was painting our porch as well as distressing some rocking chairs and a table. They did a great job at a very reasonable price and were very efficient and professional. We have since hired them to paint our living room, dining room and hallway. Ed helped us choose a beautiful color that has brightened up the place. Again, they were extreamly professional, dedicated to the job and very efficient. We just received a quote for our kitchen. We will be re-finishing old cabinets rather than purchasing new ones at this time. They had some great ideas for that and showed us samples. Then they took the time to help us pick out the colors for the walls. When they are done, we will have a beautiful country kitchen! The gentlemen at Topcoat painted the stairway/entryway to my home. I was pleased with their prompt, courteous and professional service. Topcoat recently completed our commercial property, they did such a fabulous job. Ed, Josh Derrick and crew were extremely courteous and helpful. They did so many extra odds and ends here while they were waiting for coats to dry. So after seeing their performance at my job, I decided to get a quote on my home. I didn't think I could afford it, but they reasoned with me. They made it happen for me. I have never worked with a company with so much compassion, it trulywasn't about profit with these guys, they actually cared. Ed and Derrick were very honest with me, they paintined my home and have me on a paymeny plan to do my exterior next summer. Since painting my interior, completely, Josh stains my porch, deck and pressure washes my home regularly. The encouraged me to use colors, which was quite a change from the old white and browns this hime use to cater to. I actually feel alive with the color they helped me chose. They're overall performance is superb, I would give them a ten if I could. They're honest, saved me money, have me on an annual pressure washing service and a bi-annual deck and porch service, they currently have me on a paymeny plan for painting the exterior of our house, they were on time and they have always fit my budget. In the Spring of 2008, i came across Edward and the guys at Topcoat through an Internet search for local painters. I help organize a ministry called Christians In Action (C.I.A) that helps people with general home maintenance. The people we seek to serve are those who either are unable to do the work themselves and/or cannot afford to have the work done for them ( e.g. seniors, handicap, widows, etc.) Edward and the guys at Topcoat were very understanding when i explained our ministry and for whom we would be doing the work. We accepted their bid and put them to work. When they came to the first job site, we were unable to be there to help, so the only one they had contact with was the widow who had asked us for help. She was very delighted with the guys and their work. She took the time to call me and tell me so. We at C.I.A. were also impressed with their work. So much so that we have called them to do a few other jobs for us as well. Each time we have been impressed and the persons for whom they have worked have worked have also been impressed.

I arrived at Topcoats website through a searh on the yellow pages. Edward and his crew at topcoat did a wonderful job paiting our porch. Espeically around the spindells and the deck. We would highly reccommend them to anyone seeking to better improve their home. Their prices fell way within our budget and I already have a friend using them in the coming weeks.

I had Top Coat paint my bedroom and bathroom this past weekend. They did a fantastic job! My room was a dark, chocolate brown that needed to be painted over with an off-white color. The brown was covered completely and they finished the job within just a few hours. I would definitely hire them again for any of my painting needs and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I recently hired topcoat to paint the exterior of my home in Brentwood, they did a wonderfull job. They finished in amount of time they said they would, and were very professional. I will definatly hire them for all my painting in the future.
