HORRIBLE

This company is very unprofessional and very slow. I have been given excuse after excuse. The owner has had 3 deaths, a pulled tooth, a sick cat, and no babysitter all in the same week and has not shown up to the job site. He has ordered the wrong parts and I have half the fence that I ordered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Takes Forever!

We signed a contract with Total fence company and gave them a 50% deposit 2 months ago and still no fence. The company promised the parts would be in and installed within 3 weeks. The owner does not answer his phone nor does he return phone calls. We are receiving excuse after excuse as to why it has not been put in yet. We have to call the owner privately or from different phone numbers to get him to take our call. I would recommend using a different company.
