Ths is about the worst towing company that I have had the displeasure to use (fortunately not in an emergency); I can only imagine what people with true difficulties must have gone through in their dealings with this group. Because they were in my locality, I called them on a simple relocation job for a nonworking van that had to be moved from my driveway to the street on 2 separate occasions. The first time, they gave me an approximate time of 1 pm for the flatbed driver to come & I was basically pinned to the house for nothing all day as he never came. When I called them a second time, the dispatcher told me that the driver had gone to the wrong house & would possibly come that day (hard to believe in this day & age of GPS locators that a towing company can't find a stationary house). True to form, the driver again did not come; contacting the dispatcher that afternoon resulted in the story "if he doesn't come by this afternoon then he will be by the next day (Saturday)". As expected, Saturday also came & went- no call, no truck. If this is how a company treats a simple towing job from a customer, it should only be a matter of time before this ad should vanish from the Yellow Pages- they deserve to go under. If you have any thoughts about contracting this company for anything resembling towing, FORGET ABOUT IT.
