I was having a bad day when I was on my way to work and my car broke down. I remembered my friend telling me about Tow Man so I gave her a call and got the number from her.

When I called Tow Man, the dispatcher was very polite and well spoken. She took down my information and gave me a ETA of 45 minutes. Around 10 minutes after I spoke with her I received a phone call from the tow truck driver letting me know he would be pulling up in another 10 minutes. The driver was also well spoken and polite.

As soon as the driver pulled up he got out of his truck and approached me. He verified where I wanted to tow my vehicle and asked if i would like to sit in his truck while he loaded my vehicle so I was out of harms way. He loaded my vehicle quickly and we were at my destination 10-15 minutes later which is still less than the proposed arrival time. The driver was very professional and very polite and I would just like to thank this company for such a great job they are doing. Keep it up!!
