Good morning. I’m health care professional working around the country helping local hospitals with staffing during covid-19 pandemic. I ordered taxi 2 hours prior to pickup to get to the airport on time and rent the car to get to hospital 200 miles away. Taxi was late 30 minutes. Car rental place closed for the day and the driver gave me a lot of attitude and drop me off on the side of the road when I demanded some explanations. This company is a Disgrace and an Embarrassment. When I tried to call the main office with complain they wouldn’t pick up the call. Losers!

This was my first time using a taxi I'm years and I was very happy with this company considering I just picked a number off google. Although my taxi was late due to a mess up the night before with the schedule, they were there to pick me up within ten minutes of me calling again to ask about it. The driver was sweet and energetic and I couldn't have been happier with my ride. In regards to the wan who picked up the phone, she could've been a little less rude when I asked the whereabouts of my scheduled ride this morning
