Do not order from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Trampoline enclosure was to be shipped no later than may 20th, then may 26th, then June 1st. Customer service bounces you back and forth. They don't pick up their phone. Absolutely terrible. Luckily I canceled through my credit card company. Absolutely do not order from this company.

Oh how I wish I could warn others. But there is NO way of reviwing them other than here. Of corse the reviews on their site are good. ���� I ordered for Cmas a trampoline cover, was sent thd wrong size and I was sent the correct size in a timley fashion, which was good. But after instaling the cover, 3 weeks ago. It has collapsed 3 times due to the rain. When asking them about it they "Claim" it is sto provide you with shade and then in the next sentence, he wrote you aren't suppose to leave it on and jump with it on. It's suppose to keep the leaves off but you are suppose to take it off after using it? But you can't use it because your suppose to take it ofd. It took abouy a hour to put on. Seriously? Bad advertisment.

I ordered a replacement net for my 14x14 square Skywalker trampoline and I immediately noticed the difference between that and the one that was originally on there from the manufacturer. The weight of it was much less, the bottom border where it goes around the mat has no extra material therefore making it very thin and not durable, the holes wouldn't line up where the springs attached to the mat going through the net, it was even too small so installing it I ended up ripping it before I completely got it attached. At $100 it definitely wasn't cheap. there is no way I would recommend this net for this trampoline. If they say it is a direct replacement for the exact model, it should be just that a replacement. it doesn't even fit properly. I also ordered the pad that goes around the trampoline to cover the springs and I have not yet put it on when looking at it it appears to be a very poor quality and in time I'm assuming that I will have the same results with that supposedly "direct replacement" for this trampoline.

it cost me more to send the item back

They said the net was in stock May 19th, then told me it was back ordered till May 23rd, then told me that it was back ordered till June 6th, then said they'd ship it two day for us to make up for it.

Don't buy from these people. They sold me the won't parts. We're rude and disrespectful. They took 2 weeks to refund and refused to speak to me over the phone. It took 30+ emails to get it resolved. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I ordered a trampoline spring cover based on measurements on their website to a T for $89 (supposedly the top of the line). When we received the product it was too small for our trampoline. I called/emailed the company about it being the wrong size and for 5 days did not get any response. When I threatened to report them I got an email stating they were in their busy season and would respond within 1-3 days. I've emailed asking for a supervisor to call with no response. After 10 business days I disputed the charge on my credit card and the next day received an RMA number with instructions to return the cover for a $25 restocking fee. We went to ship and it would of cost us $55 to return plus the $25 restocking??? We still have not received a call from a supervisor after 3 weeks and the quality of the product was very poor, felt like a foam pad covered with a tarp. I've learned a valuable lesson about ordering from a company were I can not get anyone on the phone from the actual company other than an answering service. They should not be in business. Dishonest company.

Received items quickly, will do business with company again!

I had to give it one star to finish but should be zero stars. I bought a net from them and it was such poor quality that 2 of my children somehow fell out of the net. Ive tried numerous times to reach them by phone and email and no one has responded. I would have to say to stay clear of this company

There is no customer service department available to help. You are told to email them and they will get back to you in 1-3 days because it is their "busy time of year"!! I placed an order 5 weeks ago, never received part of it, the part I did receive was wrong. They never called me to resolve it either but are sending me emails threatening they will double charge my credit card company ....returns are your responsibility to get back to them....amazing, even with it being their error!!! BAD internet company....STAY AWAY!!!
