Mr. Barnes and his crew did an excellent job on the tree removal of two trees and trimming another. I was very pleased with their professionalism, and work ethic. They worked quickly and cleaned everything up nicely. They even worked through the rain! Excellent job and reasonably priced! I would recommend and use again!

My 1st and only experience with TREE TOPPERS has left a bad taste in my mouth. We disagree on what limbs were to be removed as part of a $650.00 CASH project in ~ April 2012. 2 - 3 very dead limbs were not removed from over driveway as I thought were to be removed per the initial discussion with Mr. Barnes. My weak attempts to get TREE TOPPPERS to remove the subject limbshave had no results. I would think a qualified arborist would have pointed out the limbs and suggested they be removed, IF they had not been in the verbal discussions. Mr. Barnes stated that in ~ Sept 2012 he came to my house to discuss the situation and I did not answer phone or door bell. My wife and I were both in the house. Our 2 dogs bark and the slightest door activity. Mr. Barnes inquired why I did not bring the limbs to their attention? TREE TOPPERS are the professionals.Their men were up in the trees in their bucket truck. I am only the home owner paying for the professional services and recommendations. . If you deal with any service business GET IT IN WRITING WHATS TO BE DONE & PAY WITH A CHECK. Verbal agreements apparently get lost with time and some companies have bad memories. CAVEAT EMPTOR JC
