Beware, this company will lie and lie to you. Will not take tow your vehicle where you ask them to. Instead will take to their lot and charge you $30 a day storage fees . It cost me $388.88 for 4 days storage and a $225 tow bill. My vehicle was involved in an accident downtown. The police called them for me. I ask them to take my vehicle somewhere and instead they drove it to their lot. Did not call me or my insurance company . I had to get another wrecker service Brooks Circle, which by the way is excellent company to tow my vehicle off their lot and just a few miles down the street from where they are located . Never ever use these people for anything. Call anyone but them. From one who learnt the hard way.

I was broken down on the side of the Highway and called State Farm who dispatched Tri City towing and Recovery. Jason got there within 10 minutes and got my toddler and me safely out of the car and into the Heat in his truck, got my car loaded up quick and took us to the closest repair shop. He was so nice to us and helped me start to feel at ease as I was quite shaken. When we got to the shop he carried my son in his car seat in for me as I'm 5 months pregnant and not able to carry the kiddo and the seat Nor did I like sitting in 20 degree weather. Later in the day I called Tri City again to get my car towed from the ridiculously expensive repair shop they had insisted they tow my car to and take it to the mechanic they suggested who just replaced the parts on my car that failed because the parts and service were under warranty. George Eddie came out and got my car loaded up nice and quick. He beat us to the repair shop by almost 5 minutes! He got my car to the other shop and reversed into the tiny lot and got my car dropped the way only a super pro can do! Jason rescued us on a very cold day and got us settled down and Eddie got us where the car needed to ultimately be. A huge thank you to the courteous and professional drivers at Tri Cities Towing And Recovery!!!
