Go elsewhere..at first it appears that the work is great but once you have a heavy, wind driven rain & get a leak they will not come out, they will give you the run around & behave like a typical unprofessional construction company. They love to point fingers at others since they are still bitter they are owed $350,000 by a now defunct construction company that subcontracted the roof & siding to them. Tricon will not come out if you were one of the projects that Roberts Home Design handed to them. Since RHD didn't pay Tricon, Tricon will punish the customer. Go elsewhere...there are better companies out there. Don't bother with this unprofessional company. I don't know what's worse the office staff or the absentee owner.
