I needed a commercial tow late night. Got a quick response and a no drama repair. It's thought getting stuck with a Ford F-550 duely on the shoulder of I-95. Tri-county was there in 30 minutes and fixed it in the shop the next day.

If i could give a negative star review I would. After receiving PERMISSION fromthe FtbPiercw to park in a particular spot, WITH MY HANDICAP PLACARD IN WI DOW, tri county towed our car. Then only after police called and requested thwm to release car, they agreed and said to come to the yard. Got an UBER, with my wheelchair to pick up they left my husband and my self, in a wheelchair outside in the rain and showed up over an hour later and qouldnt allow me to wait under thwir canopy. There were employees there, all of which said they couldnt help and didn't want me in the yard. Bunch of degenerate crooks. how they receive a bbb rating when EVERY SINGLE rating repeats what CROOKS they are. Making it a mission to do some additional damage to their reputation.

BEWARE* 02/11/2016 One of my drivers got a flat tire on the Florida turnpike close to Fort Pierce Fl Minutes later a tow truck from Tri County Automotive came up to him and offer help.I talked to the driver over the phone and he mention he can call his boss and fix my tire ,I asked how far was his shop,and How much will it be?he said close to five miles and maybe $200 Ok fix my tire .They towed my car hauler and truck to the rest area in the turnpike not even3 miles from where my truck got the flat tire.I called the the company and askedhow much it will be for the repairThey never gave me a answer.Never wanted to give a price or a estimate.They trick me into bringing the truck to there shop 35 miles back from where my truck got stuck and then they told me the bill was $1387.44.They knew i will say NO WAY I WILL LET YOU HAUL MY TRUCK 35 MILES FOR $1065. AND THE REST OF THE MONEY FOR CHANGING A TIRE AND I HAD THE TIRE literally hijack my truck and made me pay.I had no choice .Stay away

I would highly not recommend they take advantage of situations so they can line there pocket they don't deserve any stars

the worst customer service ever! I definitely do not recommend them to anyone! Very high rates at the price of a new car! PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THEM! On a scale of one to ten, they do not even fit on the rating scale!

Unwilling to work with me about a difficult situation. A good way to keep a car impounded to make more money each day. Before long, the fees will be higher than the car. Why get the car out when you could buy a new one for the fees you owe??????????
