DO NOT EVER USE Tri-StateAppliance repair. Tri-State should TRY a little harder to meet their appointments. Very unreliable! One star is one too many! They gave me a window of 11 - 3. We agreed that they would call my work number 20 minutes out so i could meet them. No calls before i left work so i get home by 1:00 and begin the dreaded wait. At 2pm i call the office and they assure me he will come this afternoon. He's just running late. At 5pm i call again and they seem surprised that Jay has not arrived. They try calling him (with me on hold for 10 minutes) and tell me that he's not picking up his phone although office assured me that he will show up. Office staff was leaving for day so they provided me his work cell number. I call and left a message explaining that I expect him to honor the appointment. About 6 pm he calls and says he will not be coming. He said he called my work number earlier in the day but decided not to leave message. I asked him how would i know he called since he didn't leave a message. He said it was my fault that i didn't answer the phone. You would think even a moron would know to leave a message and number. Clearly i'm mad that he didn't show up nor call to let me know he was running late or in this case, let me know that he was canceling the appointment all together and I let him know it! By the end of the call, Jay didn't like my logic & questioning and declined to perform the repair ever which is fine by me. It's crazy in this age with all the cell phones and texting available, a moron like this doesn't answer his work phone for hours to check in with his office.

I'm so glad I went with this business for my fridge repair. I called Tri-state on Saturday and explained the symptoms in a voicemail. On Sunday He showed me exactly what was wrong and even suggested how I could fix it myself in the future if I wanted.

I had to repair My refrigerator two weeks ago. I called Tri-State Repairs to repair this. They sent a technician who was well trained but he spent a lot of time to fix it because he was new in this field. But overall i am satisfied with price and quality. If this work was a bit fast then it was OK.

Dishwasher repair staff was good, i am using whirlpool. Quality is awesome and 6 month repair warranty is the best thing.

My refrigerator was not cooling so I called Tri-state repairs,as I use them for years now ... they came changed the defrost timer and bring it back to cooling position. They have been a help for me in heating cooling and appliance services. Keep it up guys

the tech bobby was right in time fixed my range 100% charg me very reasonable price spent extra time cleaning under the range spent extra time changed my ref filter with no extra money charged just as a bonus accepted the ad coupon this gentleman was professional educated and well mannered we recomend tristate appliance repaire they are cheap and relailbe the do not waste ur time cal them for ur apliance repaire needs

Got it working Called late Tri State Services on a Friday night with a water leaking problem with my fridge. They were here on same day it was late but got it repaired. Prices were reasonable and tech was very nice clean and polite.i am very happy about there serviece .
