The owner has over 25 years of construction experience. We employ AHERA building inspectors, certified 40 hour asbestos abatement supervisors and workers, 40 hour hazmat workers and supervisors, Washington State "U" license for fire line installation, and a side sewer license. Our asbestos abatement projects include residential, commercial and government projects. We carry a current State of Washington Asbestos Abatement Contractor License and all necessary insurance. Tri-Valley Construction, Inc. does removal of underground fuel storage tanks. These projects include large and small tanks, diesel, gas, home heating oils, etc. When conditions allow and in order to help keep costs down for the homeowner, we close in place home heating oil tanks. We also do contaminated soil remediation. Tri-Valley Construction, Inc. specializes in Earthwork and Underground Site Utility installation for new construction. We install water systems, sewer systems and storm systems. We do site prep work for buildings, including building pads and footings. Our goal is to provide quality work at a fair price.
