Wow this gem at the base of Potrero Hill in San Francisco is a huge showroom and has it all. Fryers, ranges, cookware...no wonder this is the place that all the restaurateurs shop. They don't sell any equipment for home-use, but they are open to the public and have all kinds of heavy duty blenders, great cutlery, food storage containers, you name it. Check it out!
