This company is a joke. The two owners are have no idea what each other is doing and have fought with each other to us on the phone. They scammed us out of $795 and the one owner took our money and went out of town for the weekend instead of securing our house. When we called the partner he said he knew nothing of the contract or the money, he hadn't seen the money, but he came out here simply moved a trap from our bathroom into the garage. He gave his word that he would be at our house and would be here 4-5 hours going over our home to make certain it was secure the next day. Well, guess what? IT DIDN"T HAPPEN!!!! Surprise surprise. bottom line is they never finished the job, never came out when they were supposed to, and we still have rat traps in our attic, home and outside premises. We have no idea if there are dead rats in our home., but we have a toddler and a disabled man living here. And the one owner who took the money and now has his phone disconnected. This is sick! Warning to all infested with pests at 1:30 am if you find yourself with rodents do your research. We were scammed but attorneys can do wonders.

I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THE SERVICE I RECIEVED FROM AAA TRAPPERS. IT WAS THE 4TH OF JULY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND I AWOKE TO A BAT IN MY BEDROOM. I SAW THEIR ADD ON THE INTERNET THAT SAID EMERGENCY'S AND HOLIDAYS AND I CALLED THEM AT 2:30 AM AND THEY WERE AT MY HOUSE IN AN HOUR. NOT ONLY DID THEY REMOVE THE BAT THEY FOUND OUT WHERE IT CAME FROM AND THERE WERE MORE IN MY ATTIC. THEY HAVE ALSO DID A WONDERFUL JOB SECURING MY HOME. I AM SO SO THANKFUL FOR THE SERVICE I RECIEVED. IN THIS DAY AND AGE TO CALL SOMEONE ON A HOLIDAY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AND RECIEVE SUCH GOOD SERVICE IS SAYING SOMETHING. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
