The staff was rude and acted like they didn't care if they got my business or not. I called about getting a belt fixed for my car and the lady I talked to told me to come in on Monday Morning to have it looked at. I showed up and she rudely told me well everyone is busy so it's going to be a long wait. I had called and set up an appointment for a reason but with it being a small job I just don't think they wanted to deal with me. Also I was told to move my car from were I had parked witch is no big deal but they had no parking at all there was one spot but a guy parked there before I could. I called someone else to do the job and with out even looking it up he told me my belt was self adjusting and needed replaced not fixed Triple J had no clue about this I don't think newer cars are there thing I wish they would have told me before I wasted my time. They are a AAA approved shop and I feel bad for the people that must go to them if they treat others the way I was treated.
